Pilates Class-Pro ("we", "us", "our") operates this website and is the controller of personal information collected via pilatesclasspro.com.

  • Approximate geolocation: inferred from IP address (country/region level).
  • Payment information: processed by our payment provider; we do not store full card numbers.

Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information — submit an opt-out request to the email above with the subject line "Do Not Sell or Share".

The Service is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected information from a child, contact us and we will delete it promptly.

We use industry-standard technical and organizational measures: TLS encryption in transit, encryption at rest for sensitive data, access controls, logging, and regular security reviews. No method is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced on this page and, where appropriate, by email. The "Last Updated" date reflects the most recent version.

12. Severability & Governing Law

If any provision of this Policy is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. This Policy is governed by the laws of the State of California, USA.
